So what do we mean when we say “Entitlements” 

Entitling land is the process in which you get approval from your city to put your project onto the land. Whether it’s subdividing one lot into two parcels, changing the zoning on a parcel of land, or preparing acres to develop, it all falls under the umbrella of Entitlement.

Our focus is on residential, multifamily, and mixed use properties. While working within city codes, we ensure that if your project meets the legal letter of the law ordained by the city, it can be built.
