THE COUGAR HOUSE 2026
The Utah Valley Home Builders Association has established an endowed scholarship program at Brigham Young University that will approach the $3 million mark this year. We work with contractors, subcontractors, and other donors that donate their services and materials so that the proceeds from the sale of this home can provide scholarships and benefit students pursuing a degree in construction management. Evolve Real Estate & Management is proud to be the realtor on this project, donating our entire commission to go towards the scholarship fund. This will be the 14th Cougar House built since this charity project first started.
